Shipping Policy

Emily Tingey ships Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are processed within 5 business days. For orders containing print-to-order items such as prints, phone cases, notecards, or playing cards, please allow for an additional 5 days to account for print times.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur based on weather/holidays etc.

Shipping costs cover fees, packaging supplies, time, labor, and storage.  

For International Shipments:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and distance and are set by the Shipping Service. Upon checkout, if there is any discrepancy -/+ we will let you know via email.

Additional border fees, duties, and handling fees may be charged by other countries, which are beyond my control. I will do my best to provide tracking numbers to you, but please be patient as international shipments are often delayed. If you have any questions about your order, please contact the Shipping Service and provide them with your tracking number. We will not have any more information than the Shipping Service can provide.
